1st Management Committee meeting (Belgium)
During the first meeting of ENOVAT’s management committee at the premises of the European Cooperation in Science & Technology (COST) on 15 November 2019, the representatives of more than 30 European countries for the first time discussed deliverables, achievement indicators, objectives, tasks, the budget, strategy and timelines of the action. Following an introduction into COST’s procedures, they MC members elected the leaders of the five working groups 1 Mapping microbiological diagnostics and treatment guidelines, 2 European strain database, 3 Clinical breakpoints, 4 Antimicrobial treatment guidelines, and 5 Dissemination. The action’s leadership team consists of the Action Chair Peter Damborg, the Vice-Chair Els Broens, the leaders of the working groups [link to WGs], the STSM Coordinator and the Science Communication Manager [link to main contacts]. After a full day of inspiring discussions participants returned to their countries to start working on projects that will help ENOVAT achieve its objectives.
